2. Data, purposes and legal grounds
Contact, quote and project requests
Data: Full name and email; optional telephone and company details; selected service, project goal and sub-goal, free-text message, submission time and a secret-keyed IP hash used to prevent abuse.
Purposes: Reviewing and responding to the request, preparing a quote or scope call where requested, managing pre-contract communications, preventing form abuse and protecting rights where necessary.
Legal ground: KVKK Art. 5/2(c) where the request concerns a service or contract discussion; Art. 5/2(f) for general communications and form security without harming your fundamental rights; and Art. 5/2(e) if a dispute arises.
Website access and security
Data: IP address, request time and URL, referring page, browser/device and user-agent details, plus language, theme and notice preferences. Cloudflare and the hosting server may process the raw IP during a connection. For contact records, the NEXVIA application stores a secret-keyed one-way IP hash instead of the raw IP.
Purposes: Delivering the website, applying preferences, protecting traffic and access, detecting attacks or abuse, and resolving technical faults.
Legal ground: The legitimate interest in providing a secure and functioning web service under KVKK Art. 5/2(f), and Art. 5/2(e) where needed for a security incident or dispute.
3. Collection method
Form data is obtained electronically, directly and partly by automated means when you enter it in the contact form or project-request flow. Technical data is obtained automatically through your browser, Cloudflare's delivery/security network and the hosting server.
4. Recipient groups and transfers
Only as necessary and for the stated purposes, data may be transferred to authorised NEXVIA team members; Cloudflare (DNS, content delivery and security); DigitalOcean and relevant infrastructure suppliers (hosting, database, object storage and backup); and competent public or judicial authorities where legally required.
Cloudflare's global network and overseas-based hosting and infrastructure suppliers can result in technical connection and hosted data being processed outside Türkiye. Regular overseas transfers take place only where an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguard under KVKK Art. 9 is provided; exceptional transfer grounds are used only for genuinely occasional cases covered by law.
5. Your KVKK rights
You may exercise the rights under KVKK Art. 11 to obtain processing information, learn the purposes and recipients, request correction or—where the conditions are met—deletion or destruction and notice to recipients, object to an adverse result based solely on automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
6. How to apply
You may email your application using the subject “KVKK Data Subject Request”. Using an address that you previously provided to NEXVIA and that is registered in the system will simplify identity verification. We may request proportionate additional verification where needed to respond securely.

7. Privacy notice and explicit consent
The contact and project-request forms do not request explicit consent, and submitting a form is not treated as consent. Links beside the forms only provide access to this notice. Data is processed under the KVKK Art. 5/2 conditions stated above and is not used for marketing without a separate choice.
