Web Design, Software and Branding in Bursa

Buyers who source from Bursa quickly learn that the province is not one industry but four, and that they behave nothing alike. A tooling subcontractor is assessed the way any engineering supplier is assessed; a furniture exporter is chosen from a photograph. We start every project by settling which of those conversations a company is actually in.

Doing business in Bursa

What sets Bursa apart from Turkey's other manufacturing provinces is range rather than volume. Four largely independent sectors operate side by side: the supplier network built around the major automotive plants, apparel and home textiles, the furniture cluster centred on İnegöl, and a growing machinery sector. The organised industrial zones known locally as NOSAB, DOSAB, HOSAB and TOSAB each host a different part of that mix.

Purchasing behaves differently in each. In automotive supply the visitor is a sourcing engineer, and the questions are process capability, measurement equipment, quality certification and evidence of comparable parts. The decision belongs to a committee rather than a person, and it can take months.

Furniture reverses the picture. Goods leaving İnegöl reach domestic dealer networks and buyers abroad, and most of those buyers choose from images. What matters there is collection photography, dimension tables, fabric and finish options, and how many sets fit in a container. Trade fair calendars set the rhythm: a catalogue that arrives after the fair has no value.

Apparel runs on seasons. A workshop producing to another company's label sells to a brand's sourcing team, while a manufacturer launching its own label sells to the end customer. Two opposite digital requirements, frequently on the same street.

Machinery has the longest decision cycle of all. A company buying a machine is making a capital investment and expects specifications, throughput figures, installation terms and after-sales service to be visible before any conversation starts.

Outside industry there is tourism around Uludağ and Cumalıkızık, a dense private healthcare sector and the usual local service economy, where the visitor arrives on a phone, decides in a minute and wants the address, the opening hours and a number to call.

One skeleton cannot serve all of this. We agree which of these you are before anything is designed.
