What a technical buyer looks for first
A website is not there to impress a visitor. It is there to answer the one question that brought them, and in Kocaeli that question is usually either whether your company can do the specific job they have in mind, or how to reach the person who can quote it.
On the industrial and B2B side the visitor is normally a buyer or an engineer. Product photography interests them far less than process capability, tolerance ranges, machinery, quality certification and evidence of comparable work. When that information is missing or buried, the site fails no matter how well it is styled. This is doubly true for export enquiries, where the visitor is comparing you against suppliers in three countries and has no way to walk into your workshop.
Service businesses invert the picture. For a dental clinic, an estate agent or a restaurant, the visitor is looking for reassurance before they pick up the phone: real photographs, reviews, a visible address and a single tap to call. Applying one layout to both groups leaves both of them half-served.
