Foreign search does not behave like local search
Search work for an exporter does a different job from local visibility work for a clinic. A foreign buyer searches in the vocabulary of their own trade, and that vocabulary is frequently not a direct translation of the Turkish term.
So we do not build keyword research by translating. We look at what buyers in the target market actually type: a product name, a quality grade, a packaging format, or sometimes a standard. A term that dominates in one market may be unused in another for the same product.
The second difference is intent. A large share of foreign searches are compiling a supplier list rather than buying immediately, which changes the page's job. The aim is not instant conversion but making the shortlist and making contact easy.
Third is the technical layer. On a multilingual site, search engines have to be told correctly which page belongs to which language and region. Without that, versions substitute for one another and the wrong language gets shown.
